By subscribing to the Medical Aesthetics Marketing Vault (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

1.1 Billing and Payment

• Monthly subscription fees are billed on the same calendar date each month as your initial subscription date
• Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to your designated payment method
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these terms

1.2 Failed Payments

• If payment cannot be processed for any reason, you will receive notification to update your payment information
• If payment fails for 3 consecutive days after the billing date, your membership will be automatically cancelled
• Upon cancellation due to failed payment, access to all materials and resources will be immediately revoked

1.3 Content Delivery

• New monthly content packages will be available by the 25th of each month
• Access to content is provided through our member portal
• Previous months’ content remains accessible during active membership

2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
